Ordering a Replacement Puzzle Piece is an easy 3-step process!
Click the link in the website footer if your piece(s) is missing due to manufacturer error.
FIRST:
Read these instructions completely.
SECOND:
Order the number of replacement piece(s) needed.
THIRD:
Take great pictures for us!
We will need to see a clear picture of the assembled puzzle pieces around the missing piece. Send a picture like the ones above with your ORDER NUMBER to service@artandfablepuzzlecompany.com.
Sometimes we will need a picture of the entire assembled puzzle. Either send this to us right away, or wait for us to request it.
HELPFUL BITS OF INFORMATION YOU CAN SHARE WITH US:
- Tell us the Grid Number of the missing piece(s). Starting from the top left corner of the puzzle, count over and then down. Ex: 15 over, 10 down.
- If you have any, we want to see your extra pieces, so please send a picture of these as well.
*WHY WE NEED GREAT PICTURES, AND HOW TO TAKE THEM:
Not all puzzles of the same title have the same cut pattern. A clear photo is needed to determine the cut pattern of your puzzle. Please do not take photos at an angle. Shoot straight down onto the puzzle to get a picture like the ones above.
