Photo Tips for Missing Piece Requests!

Send us a Bird’s Eye View Photo!

Photos sent to us must look like the photo here.

Take your photo by holding your camera phone right over the image, shooting straight down.  Do not take it from an angle.  This prevents distortion of the cut lines and of the missing piece area.

The photo should show an area approximately 4″ x 4″.  Larger is fine.  We must see the puzzle piece cut pattern surrounding the missing piece.

We also need to see a photo of your entire finished puzzle.

It is important we see the entire puzzle for a few reasons.  1. We need to know you have finished it!  2. We need to review if any pieces are in the wrong places.  3.  It makes it much easier for us to find your missing piece. We do not have all the variations of our puzzles completed and ready to pluck out your piece!  The staff at Art & Fable must search through bags of puzzle pieces to locate yours, and this photo helps us quickly find the bag of pieces that matches your puzzle cut pattern.

Disclaimer:

Puzzle posters shift during die-cutting.  You may find that the replacement piece does not line up as perfectly as the original would have.

Send us the largest file size possible so we can zoom to 100%.  Fill out our Missing Piece Request Form & upload your photos here.

Art & Fable Puzzle Company™ and the tiny team behind it,
hope to make the piece replacement process as easy as
possible – we appreciate your patience as we find your missing piece!
